In his report titled, "The Twin Crises: Immigration and Infrastructure," prominent researcher Edwin S. Rubenstein examines 15 categories of infrastructure: airports, border security, bridges, dams and levees, electricity (the power grids), hazardous waste removal, hospitals, mass transit, parks and recreation facilities, ports and navigable waterways, public schools, railroads, roads and highways, solid waste and trash, and water and sewer systems.

6. god those things are continuous maintenance, did bush forget for 8 years? my state is reducing the schools budget to survive, YEA!! the roads and bridges were neglected, they say the hurricane Katrina levy that broke was supposed to have been maintained before the hurricane but after clinton. bush had the clinton surplus's spent even before 911. illegals are not the problem, bush is or was, he wanted to make legal all immigrants. i do agree with the medical care trash police services and so on, witht he population on the rise and america is so innefficient.
7. You gots to explain this a little better for me. Ok, you said roads so I will go with that. Roads are maintained by Federal and state taxes on gas. Do illegals steal all their gas or do they buy it by the gallon just like I do? If they buy it at the corner store like every one else they are paying taxes and doing their part to keep up the roads. Immigrants pay their water, electric, and sewer bill just the same as Joe Sixpack's family does. Don't know where these folks you are talking about are live'n but I will renounce my citizenship and move there. Your report author is just try'n to stir up anti immigrant hatred.
