- GRP pipe is available in diameters from 100 mm (4 inch) to 3700 mm (144 inch) and with operating pressures up to 32 bars (450 psig), dependent on diameters. You tape around the joints, then you put a pin hole in the tape. Now you apply the pressure then you go around brushing water and soap mixture around the pin holes. Where you get a soap bubble you have a leak.
