Is it possible to make a water and sewer line both share the same pipe?

I am wondering how to make the water line and sewer line share pipes with each other. I would like to have the water and sewer bill be the same bill every month.

1. Are you serious? You know that they are separate for a reason right? You can't have them together for health reasons. You would essentially be drinking our own sewage, ewwww. Get over it and pay your bills!

3. Think about what you are asking. Sewer line with your water line? You might as well just drink out of the toilet after using it. No, you can't have them both come in or out on the same line. The sewage is an outgoing line and the water is an incoming line.
