gas leaking from a pump station?
I went to the gas station this morning to full my tank & when i took the gas pump out gas started coming out like crazy. it damage my jacket and my hand was wet & the smell is so strong.i feel little bumps in my hand. & headche. my husband wants to call a lawyer & sue the gas station. i didnt complain this morning to the attendant inside the shop since it was a long line of people waiting to pay & i was running late. my question is..should i sue or what should i do** serious answers please. thanks in advance.

- you can sue them ,but seriously you may have a long fight on your hands,a lot of people try this,but its hard to win,when you left the scene without reporting it,that pretty much did away with your chances of winning,if you had reported it right then and went to a doctor then you could have won it,its the way the law works,,but you can try,good luck with it.
- You should have reported the leak when it happened. It is not safe for a situation like this to go unstopped. You can't sue as you left the station and I doubt you would have won anyway.
- GO BACK TO THE GAS STATION AND TELL THEM AND TAKE YOUR JACKET...........THEY SHOULD REMEMBER YOU FROM TODAY.....O YEAH, TAKE YOUR RECEIPT SP THEY KNOW THAT YOU ARE TELLING THEM THE TRUTH...IF THAT DON'T WORK.....THEM GO AHEAD TO A LAWYER OR UP THE CHAIN OF COMMANDS THE OFFICE HIGHER FROM THE GAS STATION GOOD LUCK
