Sewers

Can sewer gas cause pleural masses on lower lobes of lung?

Public Comments

  1. I don't think so, one of the big things for pleural plaques is asbestos exposure and I don't think asbestos is mentioned in medical books as a component of the sewer walls. Secondly, asbestos exposure causes pleural plaques lower or upper or both areas. Its TB that prefers the upper lobes and pneumonias that prefer the lower lobes, genereally, good luck
