2. It depends on how many bath rooms you have, local codes, and the soil test. Sorry, I can't tell you more. I just finished a subdivision, I had to do the perk test(soil test) and put up a septic credit per lot, so who ever buys the lot will have the septic installed, at that time I will get my septic credit back.
