My sewer drain is clogged wahat is the best was to unclogg that.?
The downspouts plug into this drain and I had to remove it so it flows to the ground. Is there an easy fix to unclog that? I tried a hose but that did not work. its not roots it just clogged cause i have a lot of crap in the area that goes into the gutter.. and the joints at this point turns and turns again then goes ito the swewer. So if a tool or an idea comes to mind please post it I want to hear it. Like where do you get a blow up thingy from?

- Hey, In your question you say your downspouts are connected to your sewer line. This means your rain water is going into the city sewer?.... right??? Is your home now draining onto your yard where you disconnected the rain downspout?? If this is true there may be a lot of reason for the stoppage. You might have luck by using a blow-up ball. It connects to the end of a garden hose and when you turn the water on it expands and exerts pressure down stream on the clog. Sometimes this works well, but if its roots it wont last long. Let us know how things turn out. Good luck. Oldguy
- Rent a Power Snake from a local rental, or better yet call a plumber. If you have a large tree in the area around your house, then you may have root damage and will have to replace some of the sewer main. the down spout goes to the weeping tile system that runs out into the sewer so be careful around the hole with heat and flames. a Tree is 2/3rds larger underground and I have hear of roots traveling 2 blocks to get to a sewer line. A Power Snake is the best bet.
