How come there aren't any manholes in KSA? Where is the sewer system?

2. KORRUPSHIN .. I know it's written like this "Corruption" I hate those corrupted ppl and what's really Grind my Gears When they Try to show how much patriotic they are EWWWW i hate'em smuch. they think bein' a patriotic is just wavin' the flag .. it's much deeper .
